BOOKING INFORMATION
• Additional person over 1 year old $40 per night
• Portacot $20 per stay includes sheets and a high chair
• $100 deposit required 14 days before booking.
• Balance payable on arrival.

In the case of cancellation a full refund less a booking fee of $50 will be made if cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days, there will be no refund but the deposit can be transferred to another booking date within 12 months.

• Check in after 2pm.
• Check out before 10am.
• Guests are requested not to smoke in the cottages.
• Sorry, no dogs – due to livestock on property.
• Visa and Mastercard available – a processing fee of 1.5% applies.

Security Deposit: A valid credit card (Visa/MasterCard only) is required on or before arrival as a security deposit. Money is not deducted from your card unless there is reason to do so (damaged / broken items). If you discover on arrival damaged / broken items please advise management immediately. Any loss or damage to the property and its contents caused by the guest will be the responsibility of and charged to the guest.
